Through 25 years as a licensed, full-time Realtor, Kari Roberts has worked tirelessly on behalf of her clients to achieve their real estate goals. Kari has worked hard to build successful business and strong connections, empowering all communities along the way. Kari is well regarded for being a tenacious negotiator, having an unwavering commitment to their clients, and high standards of ethics and professionalism. Kari has decades of expertise covering residential, commercial, distressed, complex dissolution and family law, fiduciary, guardianship, probate, and Chapter 11 & 13 Bankruptcy transactions. Additionally, she works directly for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees and attorneys requiring a high degree of knowledge and delicate handling to navigate a complex sales process. In recognition of this knowledge, Kari has served as an expert witness in bankruptcy cases and provided testimony in Court hearings.

In addition to the above, Kari has worked directly with government agencies and nonprofit organizations such as the Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) for over 15 years on homeownership programs such as the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and the Attorney General (AG) Grant Program and has developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges mission focused programs and organizations encompass. Kari's personal goals include serving all individuals with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion so everyone can experience the sense of belonging that homeownership helps to provide.

Kari guides buyers and sellers to a successful conclusion in their real estate transactions. Kari participates in continuing education classes to stay up to date on the latest real estate laws and rules to ensure that all requirements for each unique transaction are met. She strives to exceed clients’ expectations by providing honest information about the state of the market and thorough communication regarding the status of their transaction from beginning to end.
